$1,500 Eviction Protection Guarantee
We’re so confident in our tenant screening process that we cover $1,500 in eviction costs for any tenant we place, waive the re-leasing fee, and write you a check for a month’s rent.
No Pet Damage Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,500 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we deliver a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection — before you pay for anything.
Rent Loss Protection Guarantee
If a tenant we placed in your property needs to be evicted, we will write you a check for one month’s rent and waive our leasing fee to re-rent.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing promise guarantees that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 10 months of a 12-month or longer lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
